I know, I've been playing for something like a year or something; but I didn't really pay attention to this area: so what's the best way to increase points (aside from not being active in a war away from home base)?
I finished all of the research I'm likely going to - just a couple of the first futures - have 5 towns going on 6, buildings are at good levels, I trade a lot.... what do y'all do who get uppyup there?
(reason for query: someone I helped-out when he started in delta has passed me, and we cannot have that stick. no we cannot. (hi, i. ;p))
