they're canned green beans? they just need to be heated through.

I would drain the cans, put the beans in the pot, put enough water in so there's a bit more than what's needed to cover them, bring to boil, heat through for.. maybe 10 minutes for that many? stir every so often.
drain.
then follow k.'s instructions for flavoring. likely not too much salt needed if regular beans and not low/no salt.
