I laughed a lot in this film. Very funny.

But there were a few shortcuts and coincidences that bugged me.

1. Whiplash targeted Monaco and the racers because....? Tony taking the wheel was unplanned and completely last minute. Potentially can be explained away if he was just targeting a Stark asset (the car), but how would he have escaped to target Stark elsewhere?

2. The City of Tomorrow conveniently being in the office awaiting Tony after he watched the film.

3. NOT getting away from the Expo ASAP. Rhodey would have/should have told Stark to hightail it to an unpopulated area since the Hammer-oids were targeting him. Instead they weave in and out of the densely populated Expo.

4. The Senator wasn't entirely wrong. "Privatizing peace" as Tony put it is a BAD idea. No way should the entire balance of power be in the hands of a single irrational guy like Tony.
