Why can't people just face the truth about human nature?

No rich guy goes unmarried for long - unless he's gay, or for some other reason just really badly wants to stay single.
And another ugly part of human nature: Yes, we men want the hottest chicks out there, and crazy is also often good. No, miss personality next door will not be chosen by a rich guy anytime soon.
The irony is that movies and TV loves to rub it in these days what turns women off in men - but it's tantamount to a crime for men to voice off about what turns them off in women.
Not that it bothers me much - it's more like comedy, in a sense ;-)
