From what I read, they mainly present a risk to diabetics, and not many others. Pregnant women (without diabetes) should definitely eat them.

And can probably safely eat more of them while pregnant, than when not.

pregnant women are strongly advised to avoid certain egg products (undercooked, at least, of course) -- nm
