So, if I'm reading the bb's correctly: A gay SCOTUS Justice is only a big deal if they make a big stink about being gay?

One would think that Kagan getting the job *without* her sexuality even being an issue would be a nice indication that things have changed for the better.

Maybe I'm wrong, but her being able to be both gay and a Justice without being the "gay Justice" is a big deal.

It's a big deal because it's not a big deal, if you understand my meaning.
