When a bunch of us tried the 100 pushup program last year(-ish), the same thing happened; we got to the second or third week and the reps drastically

change, and nearly everyone gave up.

It goes from doing like 5 sets of 10 to like 5 sets of 20 in three days. It's *tough*.
