I have limited faith in the justice system, but this seems like an easy case.

Iirc, they said 3.5 years mandatory minimum...but I wonder if they'll cut a deal to take it out of the hands of a jury who might be starstruck

because I think they have to be able to prove that you were carrying it with the intent to harm another person for the 3 1/2 year mandatory minimum
