In some way I think it's going to all go back to the theme of faith. To explain the answer you frankly would have to go to some religious or supernatural conclusion that probably goes back to the beginning of time. I don't think they're going to go there. We can all use our belief systems as to what the source of evil and good is and how everything was created.
