I'd need a pretty high bar to cross on proof (video/dna type)....have a subset of lawyers who specialize in the defense/prosecution/judgment of these level cases....make it as serioius a matter as this should be.
But I don't need it to be horrific of a crime. Just a murder. You set out to kill someone and do so; in my mind, you truly should be at risk of your life.
