I love stories like this. Brooks Conrad played in the minors for almost 9 years before he made it to the majors. He had two homers in MLB career prior to this week. Over the last 24 hours, he's got two homers and just doubled off the wall. I love when baseball lifers finally get that brief moment in the sun.
