Yeah - I should have said that a farmer would face greater barriers to changing jobs than, say, someone working in the service industry

For a farmer to move, they'd have to sell their land (which has maybe been in the family for generations), they'd probably have to move and they'd have to adapt to an entirely new industry. Even with transferable knowledge, there's still a big learning curve
