Harper wishes there would be. The Torys are trying to convince the public this is illegal. I don't think it'll fly, though.

I think enough people understand that a coalition gov't is just as legitimate as a minority gov't. And while the Conservatives got more votes than any other party, they didn't get more votes than all the other parties combined. A majority of Canadians support "anyone other than" the Conservatives.
