No. The answer is that your townhouse isn't a structure of possible significant historical value or age. Unlike the Romney house that has value from

his Father as a significant historical figure in Michigan as Governor, major automotive figure & the 3rd secretary of HUD.

Once you destroy something of significance, you can't get it back.
