We'll be eating at the restaurant where they fry *everything* and include soup *and* salad with every entree....

I guess I could have just a salad, but will probably settle for a chicken and green chili quesadilla. My friends laugh at me for ordering it without cheese - a quesadilla without cheese is not a *quesa*dilla :)
I wish this chain was large enough to have to post their nutrition info.
