anyone know a fix for an ipod displaying the wrong album art?

I tried searching and the most common answer is to disable the "view album artwork" under the Music tab in the ipod section and sync, then check it and re-sync.

The music tab on my itunes does not give me that option

Back when I was putting in the single art for songs, I had to clear the album name to keep the album art from overriding - TWuG May 20, 17:17 3
