Do any TTers have any experience with Pulte Homes? Mrs moose and I are seriously considering buying a new home from them.

It's a new development and the model homes look great, and the price is reasonable considering the size and location.

I'm a bit concerned because they seem to be requiring that we use the fianacing branch of their company. That seems unusual, and I'll be inquiring more about it, but I'm hoping that some TTer has some background with them and can give me some insight.

They're not too bad. They want you to use their financing because it's cheaper for them. You can use whatever you want. - JaxSean May 22, 09:39
