yes. I live in one now, and that is a normal contract thing for Pulte. My previous LV house they also built. BUT

One thing you have to ask is if the house was built with WISBRO plumbing. They used it in houses here approx. 2000-2007 and it is bad. the HOA here fought them, and and Pulte had to check every house and pay to replace all of the bad plumbing in my complex. This is a $10,000 problem per home.
