They're not too bad. They want you to use their financing because it's cheaper for them. You can use whatever you want.

And don't let them throw "if you don't use our financing then you don't get [this extra bonus.]" They're trying to sell the house. Push back and you can get everything they're offering even if you do your own financing company.
