Here are the various Pult Homes listings on the BBB website

Find the one you're considering doing business with (and check listings for names they've used in the past) then look at the number, nature and status of the complaints.

A lot of complaints can be bad. A lot of complaints about the same type of issue should be a red flag. A lot of complaints that go unresolved or aren't resolved to the consumer's satisfaction can also be a red flag.
