I find it relatively commonplace for the prices to be similar/identical and that bugs me some.

But the concept of the kindle version costing more is unthinkable.

Oddly enough, one of the books I looked at a few hours ago that was like this has since been re-price. Let The Great World Spin is $9.00 in paperback from Amazon. A few hours ago, it cost $11.99 on Kindle (it's now $9.00 on Kindle)
