Just to clarify: my question was only based on the threads here, I'm not positing anything as I haven't seen the show.

I haven't seen the show since season 2, I was just asking how it ended out of curiosity.
The answer (non-spoiler) is that a lot has happened since I watched in season 2 and I don't know half the characters or mythology of the show.
