So the introduction of the SW-world... (spoilers)

... into the series narrative at the end of season five has no significance in the represented world. The bomb doesn't trigger its creation. In fact, the bomb probably doesn't go off, does it? Or at least, not as an atomic bomb. So the "flash" at the end of season five is... well... I don't know.
