Can anyone recommend any DVD ripping freeware for the Mac?

I want to take some (non-copyrighted) DVDs and rip them into a format so I can make a compilation DVD with iMovie and iDVD.

I suppose something with a free trial will work. I don't need to do it for that many DVDs and I won't do it regularly at all.
