There has to be someone in that room capable of saying "This is a bad idea because..." or "This needs more forethought because..." At the end of the day, all of the criticisms I've made about the show have proven to be correct. And they still largely made enjoyable television. They were up and down as anybody else but they did so with more esoteric goals in place.
