I'm seeing it pop up more and more (not surprisingly) around here, so I'm trying to get myself up to speed on it.

most of what I see is ESX and ESXi though, rather than the free version, so I can't replicate it at home to play with.
Still, I'm trying. I'm certain I'll be bouncing more ideas off you!
