Yeah - I'm really thinking that next month is it.

Our fiscal year ends at the end of June, so we are in budgeting time right now. I know we will end the year with a shortfall. We are in a moratorium for starting projects right now, including the big project that would take up most of my time during the summer, and it's likely that that project will not happen at all. It was brought up last year about the possibility of turning my position into a contract position instead of full time. I was asked if I would be interested in that, and I said that I would have to see the contract first, but maybe. I assume that's going to be the plan to save costs in the budget next year.

I'm basically fine with that as I probably need the push anyway.
