A major campfire discussion this weekend involved twin-star solar systems, and how that would affect the associated planets.

Did the planets orbit both suns, or just one. How would that affect the day/night cycle of the planet, etc.
I guess, from what I've read since, that they would generally orbit both, or none have yet been identified to orbiting just one.
