They intended all that? Then the writing was craptacular because very little of that came through.

As to the "we create a purgatory where our loved ones wait for us"? Yeah, talk about a fucking selfish belief system. "Sorry, Mom, you can't move on until I'm ready to move on. Same goes for you, my lovely wife and daughter."
