I watch, and wonder what I could have done in that kind of environment.

But I think in some ways I have an advantage by doing it slowly and through lifestyle change, with a much better chance of keeping it off.

I actually got to wondering if I was still capable of running - it seemed like my body had forgotten how. I tried jogging a few steps and I think I can still do it :)

Not going to be running a marathon any time soon, though :)
