Long-haul travel days reek havoc on my calorie intake.

Since I have so little control over what food I get to choose. Plus, when I get upgraded (like I am NRT-LAX and LAX-ORD) there will be warm nuts before the meal and I can not turn down the warm nuts, I love them (but they are so high point).
So I've been saving as many allowance points as I could.
But I've been up since 5:30am. It's 1:22pm and all I've 'eaten' today is a coke zero. Flight isn't until 4:00 which means meal service will start somewhere around 5:30.
I finally gave in and grabbed some saltines here in the lounge. 5 crackers for a point? Not bad.
(I realize the healthy, sane option would be to pass up the warm nuts and eat lunch right now, but I know, regardless of how much resolve I may have, I won't say no to the warm nuts. So I plan.)
Thanks for reading this silly routine in the life of 97.
