Honestly, if you've never been there; I'd make the Strip walk top of the list.

walk through just about everything, primarily the following hotels.
Venetian, MGM, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, NY/NY, Caesars and the Bellagio.
The Wynn isn't one of my favorites, and the Mirage was good, but now is rather plain in comparison to the new mega'resorts.
