Obviously I'm no geologist/engineer, but there's no ability to tap the well from a different spot? You can't drill again 200 feet away and get there?

Even if you drill at an angle? If they're trying to preserve the costs of having to drill again, that really pisses me off. And I think is likely very short sighted relative to the costs of clean up.
