true. but we also only have so many feet of oil buoys to stop the spread, and so many ships to clean it up

no one has ever prepared for a spill like this.
which is why I am upset that the army corp of engineers isnt trying other methods to stop the oil from getting into the marshes.
build sand walls for peaks sake, anything.
