They've messed with Tony in a bad way, and I hate that.
They're also messing with Gibbs, making him morally ambiguous. This is not the guy we've known for the last seven years, and that bothers me. I don't mind that they're bringing up the case. That's legit. But he's done some weird stuff this year, like letting his mother in law get off a murder charge.
