I really hated how they handled the Somalia arc. Clearly they did not want to make a commitment on the Tony/Ziva relationship, so they decided to play it neutral. But that situation couldn't go neutral. So we got zero resolution, almost no recovery issues for Ziva, and a weird tension that is just no fun. When Tony and Ziva flirt now, it sounds mean instead of cute. The producers deprived us of a desperately needed dialogue.
