In response to "STIS: In Word 2007, everytime I hit enter twice it creates "Header" style font and changes the format, can I turn this off and make it default" by MDH

Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click New.

Double-click blank document.

On the Home tab, in the Styles group, click Change Styles, and then Set as Default.
