herself and finally realizes she deserves better. It sounds like she found a decent guy who wasn't mean to her, thought it was the best she could do (even though there may not have been a spark) and went with it. He sounds like he found something easy to deal with and please and thought that was fine (and still thinks that fine), only she's not so easy to please anymore.
