This weight loss challenge has the odd timing of coming just as I'm training to do more running.
I suspect I'm adding muscle that is compensating for any fat I'm losing.
So I can run a mile in under 9 minutes now, but the scale won't budge from 210.
I guess there are worse problems to have.
