Figured I'd have a sangwich for lunch and one for dinner, since I'll probably still be here.

The manager told me, "Oh, we don't accept those...(long pause)...but we'll use it if you buy 2 large subs from us."

I would have rather him just stop at "we don't accept those." It was obvious he came up with the last part spontaneously.
