Mom thought this was a great idea, so I dig into the freezer, one of those chest styles, really did a major escavation only to discover we don't have

any, so its either pork roast or short ribs, both of which are previously browned with the first half of the package and frozen never to be seen again.
we'll have the one that defrosts first tonight.
