Not all. Blue Beetle (Kord) is still dead.
Among others.
The intent (we'll see if they hold themselves to it) of Blackest Night was to bring back a few dead characters, but draw a line: From this point forward, dead is dead.
I give them 10 years before they have a None More Blackest Night to resurrect some characters they wish hadn't been killed.
