She chooses the vampire over the werewolf but agrees to birth a child who is half-vampire and thereby grows to adult age in a short period of time and that girl marries the werewolf.
This is weirder than anything ever presented on the Jerry Springer show...and that's -before- we take into account that there are werewolves and vampires involved.
