I may have rooted against him for many years but I could never deny how great a player he was. Some of the best catches I've ever seen and home runs that scraped the clouds. He'd hit bombs and I thought he'd be the 1st to get one out of old Yankee Stadium.

Such a great career and if not for injuries he might be the HR king.
