They usually say those are unoffical strike zones.

At least during O's broadcasts.
If they came out with a uniform strikezone, a way to officially measure it, and have it not delay the game much, then they could implement it. I think that currently they can't do it without making the game longer, and MLB is trying their best to make games shorter.
I don't think it's too far off, but I don't think it's there yet. Add plays at the bases next season, then balls and strikes the season after. Providing there are no issues with any of the other replays.
Of course, baseball was over a decade late in the HR replay, so we've probably got another decade at least before balls and strikes are reviewable.
