I had two hard boiled eggs tonight. The yolks were actually lighter yellow than normal. These are fed flax seed among other stuff. So maybe it's the diet, or the fact they are brown eggs.

Wow though. They tasted really good. A lighter taste and a little creamier. Can't describe it better than that.

3X the price of normal eggs, but I only eat about a dozen a month so I can manage that.
