I *love* lamb. it's really rich somehow. the taste is far more complex and far more pliable than other meats, I think.

gyro's not pure lamb. theu are a mix of beef & lamb and are more of a meatloaf in composition -- nm

I've had gyros at Greek festivals where I watched the meat get sliced off the lamb on the spit.
