It's for a company that publishes a small newspaper/pamphlets out of their office, which happens to be in the basement of their home. Sounds like a *very* small operation.
I can't imagine they are having an easy time finding someone who would be willing to make $10/hr with no benefits, especially when you could walk into a temp agency and start off making more than that.
