When these bans started happening, I advocated putting peanut oil in the public water supply. Wipe this thing thing out before it spreads further.

But then I read that it's not a hereditary thing. It's a 'living-too-clean' thing. Kids are raised in sterile, anti-bacterial environments, and their immune systems get bored and start looking for things to freak out over. Ask your parents how many kids they went to school with who had food allergies and asthma and so on.
