if you are at a cheapie restaurant (kfc, taco bell, ya know) and your order will total more than $10 or 15? don't drive through.
I was behind someone at Taco Bell a couple of weeks ago who had $40 worth of food. at TB, that's a whole lot - and it took forever. the poor cashier was apologetic, but it wasn't her fault.
(I did check, and no disabled license plate - can't see a parking placard when driving, if someone is following the law; but the odds this young guy in a big ol truck was disabled are slim.)
